Terms of Use

These terms govern black-bird.org and the software and digital products operated by BLACKBIRD TEKNOLOJİ VE DANIŞMANLIK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, including mobile applications.

1. Who we are

2. Agreement

By using the website or an app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

3. Apps and licenses

Apps distributed through the Apple App Store are licensed, not sold, to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, except where we provide a custom EULA. You may use an app only on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as Apple’s rules allow.

4. Accounts

If an app offers accounts, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features, if any, are billed by Apple. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation follow App Store rules and the information shown before you buy. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer except where the law allows, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users.

7. Intellectual property

The Blackbird name, marks, software, and site content belong to the company or its licensors. You receive no rights except the limited license to use the products as provided.

8. Disclaimer

The website and apps are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain in force.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business. Our total liability for a claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim, or a legally required minimum if higher.

10. Changes and availability

We may update apps, these terms, or discontinue a product. If we change these terms, we will update the date above. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance where the law allows.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction where permitted.
