Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to black-bird.org and to software and digital products operated by BLACKBIRD TEKNOLOJİ VE DANIŞMANLIK ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, including mobile applications.

1. Who we are

2. Information we may collect

Depending on the product you use, we may collect:

• Contact information you send us, such as name, email address, and support messages.
• Account information, if an app lets you create an account (email, display name, authentication identifiers).
• Device and usage data, such as device type, OS version, language, app version, crash logs, and approximate diagnostics.
• Purchase data processed by Apple (we do not receive your full payment card details from the App Store).
• Optional data you choose to provide inside an app, such as preferences or content you create.

We do not require more personal data than needed to operate the relevant app, website, or support request.

3. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our apps and website.
• To respond to support requests and App Store related inquiries.
• To diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and keep services secure.
• To comply with law and accounting duties.
• To communicate important product updates when you have a relationship with us.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Legal bases

Where KVKK (Law No. 6698) and, if applicable, GDPR apply, we process data on one or more of these bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing our products, consent where we ask for it, and legal obligation.

5. Sharing

We may share information with:

• Apple Inc. and other store operators, to distribute apps, process in-app purchases, and review products.
• Infrastructure and analytics providers that host, monitor, or help us operate the service, under confidentiality obligations.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) when required.
• Authorities when the law requires disclosure.

We do not share personal data for third-party advertising unless a specific app’s store listing and this policy are updated to say so.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including support history, legal retention, and security logs, then delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. International transfers

Our company is established in Türkiye. Some processors (including Apple) may process data in other countries. We take steps appropriate under applicable law when transferring data abroad.

9. Children

Unless a specific app is clearly marked for children, our products are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your rights

Subject to KVKK and other applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and you may withdraw consent. You may also apply to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK). To exercise rights, email info@black-bird.org with the subject “Privacy request”.

11. Account deletion

If an app offers user accounts, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing info@black-bird.org from the address used in the app, or via the in-app deletion flow if provided. We will complete deletion within a reasonable period unless we must retain limited information for legal reasons.

12. App Store disclosures

Each app’s store listing describes the data collected by that app. If a listing and this policy ever differ for a specific product, the store listing and any in-app notice for that product control until this policy is updated.

13. Cookies and the website

The marketing website is static and does not set advertising cookies. Essential hosting logs (IP address, browser type, date/time) may be created by the server that hosts black-bird.org.

14. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use of the website or apps after an update means you should review the new terms.
